Tottenham Hotspur has completed the signing of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg from Southampton in a £20 million deal, according to TalkSport.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is a Denmark international midfielder who has had a stint in German Bundesliga. He was at the club’s training ground on Monday to undergo his medicals.
The 25-year-old now becomes Jose Mourinho’s first signing of the summer.
Hojbjerg joins Spurs for an initial £15m, which could rise to more than £20m with add-ons.
Jose Mourinho is about to commence his first full season with Spurs is trying to bolster and strengthen his team ahead of the 2020/2021 Premier League campaign.
The club has been keeping an eye on him, he arrived at Southampton from Bayern Munich in 2016.
